LinkedIn Visibility Challenge
for GenX & Boomers
Build a credible profile and start posting
without becoming an influencer
Who is this for?
This challenge is for you if the last time you seriously visited your LinkedIn profile may have been a decade ago, and you are now mildly puzzled by all those recent LinkedIn success stories.
You do have a profile. There are even words in it. Supposedly, they communicate your professional brilliance. You also have ideas and a nagging feeling that you could get far more out of your professional presence.
You are not looking for viral posts, the influencer circus, or miraculous algorithm hacks. You know better. Real life rarely works like that.
You are looking for a sensible path from “I should probably do something about this” to “I am actually being seen.” Ideally, to walk it together with a small group of similarly sensible crowd.
Sensible steps. Reasonable expectations. Mildly satisfying progress.

What changes?
The LinkedIn Visibility Challenge combines:
- guided transformation, not a course
- weekly small-group live sessions
- individual coaching check-ins when you hit the wall
- structured steps instead of vague inspiration
- hands-on work on your profile and brand
- debunking LinkedIn myths and other algorithmic nonsense
- unconfusing the overseas folks
- access to downloadable templates and handy resources
- peer support and just enough accountability to prevent heroic procrastination
The Reset pilot runs for 6 weeks, with one structured session per week and guided work in between.
The time investment varies. It depends on the current state of your profile and how ready you are to create content. Most participants report spending around 3–5 hours per week. As you get the hang of it, LinkedIn usually takes less and less time.
This is a habit-building phase. You learn how to stay visible and relevant in a market that has changed a lot and now seems to reward slightly different behaviours.
The programme answers many of the “why?” questions you may have had about LinkedIn, but never quite found a sensible answer to.
What's next?
If this sounds relevant to you, the next step is simple:
Reserve your seat in the next group.
Small group. Limited seats.
The next group starting in late March is already forming.
